Tru-time allows you to easily monitor employee attendance, absence, lateness, work being carried out, jobs being worked on and employee movements, along with many other elements. Tru-time gives you this information either via a web-based interface or automatically via email, any time - anywhere!

Holiday / Absence (paid or unpaid) planning, recording, tracking and reporting couldn't be easier. All absence reasons are user definable and individually colour coded on an employee's calendar for ease of use. Holiday and absence records can be administered and viewed individually, by department / cost centre or even globally. Ideal for restricting holidays within a specific department for a specific period.

Our system will uniquely utilise your email, sending messages and notifications of selected anomalies and occurrences to one or more recipients such as supervisor, manager, HR etc. An essential tool, if you want to know what's happening, when it's happening, with your employees. Example notifications are lateness, early leaving, unauthorised overtime, more than 48 hours worked or worked more than 6 hours without a break (Working Time Directive).

Having access to lots of relevant information on one screen is one of the strengths of our system. With one view you will not only be able to see who's in and who's not for the whole company, single department or single cost centre but also what time they came in, what they are doing and if absent why.

By drilling down to individual employee status, you will be able to track not only when an employee arrived and left but also what they have been doing, where they have been working, what breaks were taken and which department or cost centre they have been assigned to.

Pre defined exceptions can be set-up for company, shift, department, cost centre or individual employee needs. Exceptions, such as overtime, lateness or absence can be set for notification only or approval needed by the relevant supervisor/manager. Nothing will go unnoticed and the system will remind supervisors of actions, which need to be taken.

A quick snapshot of historical weekly attendance records with an overview of start / finish times and absence reasons is sometimes enough for general enquiries into the system. Interrogation can go as far back as needed and can be restricted to authorised system users only.

Being able to compare contracted hours with actual hours can be really useful. With the added advantage of including overtime, holiday and absence records a true comparison picture of work record is just a screenshot away.

Just one of the standard report selection pages. Choose the report, select the group or individual and define the date range. It's as simple as that. Then just view your report, print it, export it or even email it! Favourite or specific reports can be put into a system administrator's folder for quick and easy access.
