Telephone ClockingTelephone Clocking Utility (TCU)The TCU (telephone clocking utility) component in Tru-Time gives you the ability to monitor employees anywhere in the country via mobiles and landline telephones. The remote clocking is integrated into Tru-Time and no other manual input is required. VerificationWe offer an optional set of specifically designed security questions that check employees' personal information to validate the clocking. All answers are logged and can be checked at the manager's discretion via the integrated voice mailing system. Configurable off-site locationsThe TCU can reject or outline any discrepancies in telephone numbers. In turn you will safe guard all clock-ins by having a predefined database of possible locations. For example "John Smith" should be calling in from "0162 777111" every Friday morning at 9:00. Safety and DiversityA major advantage of the TCU is that it can be deployed in the most diverse range of environments, including locations without power. All that is required is some form of telephony to provide the company and employee with a fully workable time management system. The system can automatically alert you if an employee has yet to finish a job and may need assistance. Two way communicationThe TCU is a great tool to manage employees remotely. Managers can leave messages on the voice mail system. When an employee calls the system to clock in. the message is automatically played. The employee also has the ability to leave a return message. |
