Syncronised Clocks |
|
Intelligent Time Systems introduces the revolutionary OnTime™ Digital Clock. Using a simple utility that synchronises your servers time with GMT you can be sure that all pc’s, clocks and clocking terminals are showing accurate time.
The OnTime™ Digital clock receives its time from your server, just as your Ethernet Clocking and Access Control terminals do, ensuring that the time on display is the same time being recorded for you employees clocking IN and OUT.
The OnTime™ clock plugs into an Ethernet jack on your local area network. No AC plug is required, so installation is inexpensive and it’s easy to move clocks around. Power is supplied over the data wiring using the IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet standard, the same power source as Voice-over-IP telephones.
The OnTime™ clock is highly accurate, and gets its time updates automatically over the network. It requires no specialized software – control one or hundreds of clocks from any PC on the network with a simple telnet session. The OnTime™ clock will utilize a Simple Network Time Protocol server on your network, or you can direct the clock to synchronize to an internet time source.
