Written in what is commonly known as an industry leader in reporting software, Seagate Crystal Reports, the reporting suite contains up to three hundred industry specific reports ready to use for your business. These reports have been specifically designed for you by us using the extensive knowledge and experience we have amassed from our many years working in the Time and Attendance industry.

In addition to this you are able, using Crystal Reports, to extract any information held in the ITS system to compile your own specific reports. Using various templates within the reporting suite these customisable reports have been written with the user in mind and thus are exceptionally quick and easy to use. An instant click will automatically draw up your desired report which can then in turn be dragged through to Microsoft Word and Excel and even stored in a pdf format to provide the security function many managers crave.

These extensive reports can be stored and listed into subject areas making them quick and easy to find. Using the Microsoft outlook format various reports can be listed in the left sided panel under a subject heading and then drilled down into. For example your business may decide to have twenty individual payroll reports all of which will be listed under the payroll tab with these various reports i.e. "payroll weekly summary" being accessed by drilling down into the payroll tab.
