Intelligent Time Systems rental option enables you to acquire all the benefits of a new system without inherent risks of ownership, of which we believe are:

  • Increasing technological change, which may leads to early obsolescence of owned system.
  • The difficulty in foreseeing the correct levels of depreciation of owned assets and its impact on your trading profits.
  • When owing such an asset, maintenance has to be negotiated and put into place for its working expectancy. The costs of which can escalate towards the end of a systems life.

These hidden costs can often push the true cost of ownership much higher and can increase the risks of financial performance of your organisation.

Intelligent Time Systems are able to offer a method for you to avoid all these risks. A tailored rental agreement, due to our internal management and finance means that no other partners between Intelligent Time Systems and our customers are involved. We believe that some of the benefits of acquiring your new system through our rental option are:

  • No need for capital outlay.
  • No charges on assets or property often associated with bank loans.
  • In terms of replacement cycles mid term upgrades can easily be arranged giving you an inbuilt insurance against technological obsolescence.
  • All Intelligent Time Systems finance agreements are off balance sheet, and all finance payments can be treated as revenue costs for tax purposes.
  • Our finance agreement includes fully comprehensive maintenance, which effectively gives a warranty for the full term of the agreement.
  • To assist our customers move to a rental option we offer a buy back option where we can re-purchase a customers currently owned/rented system.

As these agreements are managed in-house there is a unique one to one relationship between Intelligent Time Systems and the customer. With the customer paying for the service on an annual basis, ITS has a vested interest in ensuring the system is maintained to optimum performance. With an ITS Finance Agreement the Customer has all the advantages the new system will deliver without the associated risks of ownership and the peace of mind of knowing that the agreement is flexible enough to adapt to changing circumstances.

Capital Release Programme

Our capital release programme is for businesses that have existing systems and would like to realise the full value of their equipment and system. Under this option, we can buy your existing equipment back and offer a new for old option where we can agree a finance option. This option allows you to plan effectively for your asset replacement, with total flexibility to roll out your new system with new technology, rather than keeping with a system that may be out of date and not providing you with all the benefits that comes with a new ITS solution.
