Tru-Time for Pure Organics
Pure Organics Ltd produce high quality organic and additive-free frozen foods. The Wiltshire business is family-run, with strong values and since its establishment in 1996 has enjoyed healthy growth and expansion leading to a larger workforce and increased productivity. As the company grew and developed, they recognised the requirement to find an effective, easy-to-implement system for monitoring the time and attendance of their workforce, whilst improving the quality and efficiency of production. Pure Organics chose an integrated solution from ITS as an integrated system to look after both time and attendance and access and security on site.
The company is using Tru-Time which will integrate time and with access control and internal operations. Pure Organics expect to see reduced costs through efficient monitoring, reducing un-necessary absence and ensuring that the allocation of staff meets strict safety regulations and working directives.

ITS system chosen for Swindon's award winning new Central Library

Intelligent Time Systems win the Access Control contract for Swindon’s new Central Library.
Work on the library started at the Regent Circus site in January 2007, with a completion date of late summer 2008. The budget for build and development is estimated at £10million, with the new Library set to form a focal point for the regeneration of Swindon Town Centre. During the development process and prior to completion of build, the Council felt it was paramount that besides the award-winning sustainability measures and improved access and inclusivity, the library must also implement a system to monitor different levels of access for both the public and employees of the Library.ITS already supply Swindon Borough Council with flexi-time management and Access Control for many of the councils employees and buildings throughout Swindon including the civic offices, youth centres and schools.
The right credentials: When choosing a provider, Swindon Borough Council was looking for a UK based, (preferably local) supplier with the ability to develop their own software. ITS were able to offer a secure, partner-based relationship; delivering comprehensive, yet user friendly software solutions, packaged with Industry standard hardware and extensive support. ITS also had a proven track record in the public sector having successfully implemented Tru-Time in many government and local authorities including, Swindon Borough Council, Transport For London and the Environment Agency. With development and support teams on-hand in Swindon, the library will be guaranteed unrivalled response times and ongoing after-sales support service with ITS.

ITS celebrate success of new training courses

Intelligent Time Systems recently ran a series of training courses based out of the UK head office in Swindon. The courses have been a huge success, with many customers from the ITS portfolio attending.
Report Wizard, is a reporting application for Tru-Time, and Crystal Reports. Organisations such as ISS, JSP, Stockvale, Oldercare and Escombe Lambert all considered it important to attend the training sessions in order to get optimum results from their current Tru-Time systems.
The training day covers areas such as how to extrapolate data from payroll, HR and Absences into different reporting formats such as Word or Excel. It also provides knowledge of how to write your own reports within the Crystal programme and store them with the Tru-Time Report Wizard.
Due to the huge success and demand for the training ITS are pleased to announce that another set of courses will be running shortly. If you are interested in attending one of these course please contact the ITS Head Office on;
