ITS launch new access security software at IFSEC 2008

The IFSEC exhibition at the Birmingham NEC 12^th-15^th May presents the ideal opportunity for Intelligent Time Systems to launch their ground-breaking new access control software.

 What is unique about the product is that resellers can brand the software as their own. It will also integrate fully with a wide range of HID hardware such as the VERTX network door controller and iClass contact-less smart card.

 ITS have been working in close partnership with HID to develop an exclusive access control solution that unlike any other software of its type can be branded for resale. Another key feature of this software is that it is web-based, enabling the client to remotely manage sites, building, doors and people. Presenting with HID on the HID stand, Intelligent Time Systems will be running demonstrations of the product, giving resellers the opportunity to view the software and its benefits

ITS win a contract with Ilchester Cheese Company

 Ilchester Cheese Company, England's leading producer and exporter of fine quality cheeses now operates Tru-Time for seamless management of their 200+ work force over three locations.

ITS were uniquely positioned to work with Ilchester Cheeses Company because of the sophistication and flexibility of Tru-Time - a leading time and attendance software application. Ilchester chose Tru-Time because of its bespoke solutions for the company's complex working rules but also because the ITS Project team could deliver the following three essential requirements:

1.     Initial data import of all existing employee records, enabling Ilchester to significantly speed up initial installation.

2.     CSV file export to help Ilchester's accounts team streamline the payroll process

3.     Fire panel link so that in an emergency an automatic fire roll call report could be produced, therefore simplifying and improving the accuracy of the current health and safety procedure.

ITS announces new contract with Jotun Paints

Jotun, a worldwide producer and supplier for paints coatings and powder coatings first purchased tru time in 2005.

In 2006, the company expanded the use of Tru-Time to incorporate Access Control management of five internal and external doors on site.

Utilising the timed and zoned functionality of the system now enables Jotun to monitor and manage employees’ on-site movement both internally and externally. It can also generate a fire report if required in an emergency.

During the initial sales meetings it was made clear that Jotun wanted to work with one supplier for a range of high end business solutions to include: Time and Attendance, Access Control, Job Costing, HR and CCTV. ITS is delighted to see another successful customer roll out, making optimum use of the products and services available
