Fire Evacuation within Tru-Time

Fire Report Printing

Within our fire evacuation module you can automatically print out a fire report. You can also have a hot-key configured on your keyboard. When pressed the fire report will automatically be printed out via your existing print-servers. Up to 5 printers can receive the report simultaneously. Also our terminals have the ability to print out an attendance report, simply press 9 three times

PDA site protection

If you have dedicated fire marshals within your business you have the option of issuing specially set up PDA's which displays a live fire report. Marshals and managers can also access employee particular information including a photo and other personal information. If you decide to use PDA's you have the added advantage of better security. No need to worry about printer ink levels and the turn around of actually printing out the hard copies.

Fire alarm linkage

With the implementation of our versatile system we can sync in with your already present fire alarm. Or if an upgrade is needed we can also provide you with the whole package.

With such linkage the system can be alerted automatically if an alarm is raised. Fire reports can be printed and if you have door access control from ITS we can make sure all door locks open automatically if required.

With fire safety in mind we have a range of fire retardant hardware components, Ranging from fire proof cable to door access readers that can withstand a fire. Also the majority of hardware components are protected by a local battery in the event of power failure and ultimately helping with disaster recovery.
