Cleaning Patrol ModuleOur Patrol Module is a simple and effective tool to ensure that your cleaning contractors or wardens have visited and cleaned allocated sites. Used by councils and specialist building management companies, the cleaning patrol module has been considered invaluable in monitoring the time and motion of their cleaning contractors. Prior to the implementation of our Cleaning patrol module, organisations had no way of monitoring whether contractors had actually visited the sites they were being paid to. Predominately in blocks of flats, and office blocks, ITS strategically placed dallas chips that have to be physically visited and logged by the Digitool. By placing them on different floors of the building and monitoring the time lapsed between each visit to that uniquely numbered chip, they could tell at a glance using our software, whether or not each task had been carried out. The information stored on the digitool is uploaded once placed in its docking station and fed directly into our software. This enables reports to be run and compared to invoices from the contractor. This can be used in any scenario that requires proof that personnel were in a specific place at a specific time. Dallas chips can also be stored in an events wallet and with their unique ID, can be allocated to specific events or common incidents that may need action, i.e. lift out of order, broken window, blocked toilet etc. This information can be put into report format and e-mailed directly to site managers for action. This really is an effective tool to monitor your contractors, streamline your maintenance visits and reduce your costs by making comparisons between billed and actual work.
