Time and Attendance gives you knowledge about your staff's stops and starts, but what if you could find out what they are up to at any given moment?
With our Activity Analysis module you can find out which projects staff are working on and their progress at the touch of a button.
By defining various activities, categories of work and rest/break periods, when an employee is assigned to relevant activity, you decide whether they are paid at their normal rate, paid at a specific rate to that activity, or not paid at all.
Employees can assign themselves to a specific activity during their working day either at a clocking terminal or at a PC. Alternatively the relevant line manager or supervisor can perform this function if desired. |
